Oh, my what a glam affair! Ah, well, maybe not strictly glam, but a fair bit of protopunk too, like The Stooges mating with T-Rex or something. With their (even for that time and place) fairly provocative image and music they became hugely influential (with Kiss as well as Sweden's The Hellacopters and that asshat Morrissey among the fans).

(and right here I almost wrote a couple of filler lines about how much "garage rock'n'roll" this is)

This is yet another eponymous debut that made a huge dent in history's shiny paint job and for some reason I can't get The Rocky Horror Picture Show out of my head.
