The track Connected is just the coolest! The Stereo MCs made a sort of semi- (or even pseudo-) conscious stoner rap while still managing to make good beats and acid house (also among other things touring with the Happy Mondays).

The only annoying thing about this album is the four minute interlude (cause they can't have thought it would do as a proper song) All Night Long, it's just a passage to a better track.

Step It Up is the second best this album has to offer, and while that might sound diffuse, I can guarantee that while it's a select few at the top, they're on a pretty high level.

After this, their next release came some eight or nine years later, with them doing remix work for among others Madonna. And as I actually thought Rob B had died years ago, I'm glad to find out he's still around (and the band's active too).
