0739. Motörhead
No Sleep 'Til Hammersmith
Their first, and only, UK number one, this live-album was both highly anticipated by the fans and highly problematic for the expectations of the band's next releases.
But the band's tight and Lemmy's voice is the same gravel-in-a-barrel as ever, and Apart from the relatively slower Capricorn and Metropolis it's head on speed/heavy metal.
Even though it's the tour just after the release of Ace Of Spades only three of the tracks are from that album (and this one of course opens with Ace Of Spades).
If you like heavy metal or Motörhead you can't have any complaints on this one, and if you don't like 'em - well, kind of sucks to be you right now, doesn't it?
